Allison Woodruff is an Associate Attorney in the Vancouver, Washington office of GLP Attorneys.

Allison Woodruff is a dedicated personal injury attorney serving clients throughout Vancouver, Washington, and the greater Portland area. Deeply committed to her community, Allison combines compassionate advocacy with a practical, client-focused approach to help individuals and families navigate life after serious injury. Her goal is to relieve the legal burdens her clients face so they can focus on what matters most—their health, recovery, and peace of mind.
Allison is the founder of Lady Boss Vancouver, a professional network that brings together women leaders and business owners to connect, collaborate, and empower one another. Through this initiative, she continues to build bridges between the legal community and local professionals, fostering mentorship, inclusivity, and shared success across Southwest Washington.
An active member of the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ) and the Clark County Bar Association, Allison is dedicated to strengthening the personal injury bar and advocating for justice on behalf of those who need it most. Her passion for the law stems from a lifelong desire to help others—something she once thought she’d fulfill through medicine but now realizes she achieves every day through representing and supporting her clients.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys a variety of hobbies, including traveling, reading, hiking, making sourdough starter, and spending time with her two dogs—a Blue Heeler/Australian Shepherd mix and a Golden Retriever. She is passionate about archery, discovering local restaurants and coffee shops, and cherishing time with friends.
