Raechel Fraser is an Associate Attorney in the Burlington/Mount Vernon and Marysville offices of GLP Attorneys.

Raechel is a proud Washington native, born and raised in Mount Vernon, who has dedicated her legal career to helping those who have been wronged find justice and healing. Her strong sense of empathy and determination to make a difference drives her work as a personal injury attorney, where she helps clients navigate the challenges of recovery and ensures their voices are heard throughout the legal process.
Raechel earned her B.A. in Law, Economics, and Public Policy from the University of Washington Bothell, where she developed a strong foundation in how law and public systems shape everyday lives. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law, graduating in 2023. While in law school, she served as a teaching assistant for the ARC Program and as a research assistant following her first year. During her second year, Raechel also served as Secretary of the Black Law Students Association, joining a community dedicated to uplifting and empowering Black law students and advocating for equity in the legal field.
Raechel’s professional experience reflects her dedication to advocacy and service. She has worked as a legal intern at the Fair Work Center, a nonprofit organization providing legal aid to low-wage workers, and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Justice Mary I. Yu of the Washington State Supreme Court, where she gained invaluable insight into the judicial process and the pursuit of fairness in the law.

Having personally experienced the challenges that can come with an injury claim, she understands the frustration and uncertainty her clients often feel—and she works tirelessly to guide them with empathy, knowledge, and care. Her ultimate goal is to make a meaningful difference in her clients’ lives and to help them find the justice and closure they deserve.






Outside of work, Raechel enjoys listening to and collecting vinyl records, film photography, and attending concerts. She is creative at heart and finds that her hobbies help bring balance to her life.
