Sean A. Ayres is the Regional Managing Shareholder of the South Sound region leading the firm’s Tacoma, Silverdale, and Vancouver offices.
Sean is a seasoned trial attorney and Shareholder at GLP Attorneys, where he has built a respected practice focused on representing individuals who have been seriously injured through no fault of their own. In addition to his thriving legal practice, Sean plays an integral leadership role within GLP Attorneys. He serves on several of the firm’s key committees, including Human Resources and Operations, Finance, 401(k), and Marketing & Business Development, where he helps guide firmwide strategy, support sustainable growth, and ensure a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration across all offices. His insight and balanced decision-making make him a trusted voice in shaping both the firm’s operations and its long-term vision.
Before joining GLP Attorneys, Sean gained extensive litigation experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, giving him a unique understanding of how to evaluate risk, anticipate defense strategies, and achieve the best outcomes for his clients.
Sean’s leadership, both in and out of the courtroom, reflects his commitment to advocacy, teamwork, and the continued success of GLP Attorneys as a regional leader in personal injury law.
When not working, Sean enjoys spending time with his extended family, traveling, sports and working out on his stationary bicycle. Sean also volunteers as a youth basketball and baseball coach.
