Ben is a Partner at GLP Attorneys and manages the firm’s Law and Motions practice.

Ben is a Partner at GLP Attorneys and leads the firm’s Law and Motions practice, where he oversees complex legal analysis, briefing strategy, and advocacy across all offices. In this role, Ben provides strategic direction on pivotal legal issues, ensuring that GLP Attorneys’ teams are equipped with the strongest possible motions, arguments, and authorities to advance their clients’ cases. His work has helped shape winning strategies in high-stakes matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance disputes throughout Washington State.
Before joining GLP Attorneys in 2019, Ben practiced at Vreeland Law PLLC in Bellevue, where he represented clients in cases involving personal injury, employment discrimination, sexual misconduct, business torts, and appeals. There, he successfully held corporations, government entities, and individuals accountable, recovering millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. Ben also served as Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Washington, where he successfully represented a Washington Superior Court and its judges in a constitutional dispute — a rare and significant achievement early in his career.
Prior to his time at Vreeland Law, Ben practiced at Eymann Allison Hunter Jones P.S. in Spokane, representing plaintiffs in cases involving serious injury, wrongful death, and catastrophic property loss.
Ben earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from Gonzaga University, graduating with honors from the Gonzaga University School of Law. During law school, he received multiple awards for academic excellence and went on to clerk for Justice Debra L. Stephens of the Washington State Supreme Court — an experience that continues to inform his precision, insight, and leadership in the law and motions arena today.
In his free time, Ben enjoys playing guitar and exploring the Great Northwest.
