Conner Shultz is a Staff Attorney in the Seattle office of GLP Attorneys.
As a personal injury attorney, Conner brings both professional expertise and heartfelt dedication to every case. He values the human stories behind each matter and is passionate about helping his clients rebuild and move forward with confidence.
Conner grew up in Boise, Idaho, where his passion for helping others first took root while volunteering at St. Luke’s Medical Center. Seeing patients and families overcome adversity sparked his desire to build a career dedicated to making a positive impact in people’s lives.
In 2015, Conner moved to Seattle to attend the University of Washington, where he discovered a deep interest in law and advocacy as powerful tools for standing up for others. After earning his degree in 2019, he spent several years working as a paralegal in personal injury law—a role that reinforced his commitment to pursuing justice for those harmed through no fault of their own.
Conner joined GLP Attorneys as an intern in 2023 and immediately connected with the firm’s core values of compassion, collaboration, and client-centered advocacy. Throughout law school, he continued working alongside the GLP Attorneys team, gaining meaningful experience and insight into the firm’s mission of delivering exceptional service and results.
Conner lives in Issaquah with his husband, Jake, and their one-year-old chocolate lab, Marley. Outside of work, he makes the most of the Pacific Northwest, from fishing local rivers to snowboarding in the Cascades. A passionate traveler, he enjoys experiencing new places and cultures and is always up for an adventure, whether it’s bungee jumping or chasing the northern lights. He also practices wildlife photography, capturing both the region’s landscapes and its diverse wildlife. At home, Conner stays active through running, yoga, and hiking local trails with Marley. He loves to cook and experiment with new cuisines inspired by his travels.
