Professional Overview

David comes from a family of lawyers and legal scholars, a legacy that inspired his lifelong commitment to justice and excellence in the law. After earning his undergraduate degree in Law & Society from the University of California, David briefly taught school before pursuing his Juris Doctorate at Valparaiso University School of Law. During law school, he clerked for the Honorable Judge Julia Jent of the Porter County Superior Court in Valparaiso, Indiana, where he developed a strong foundation in courtroom practice and legal analysis.

After graduating in 2002, David relocated to the Pacific Northwest to begin his legal career with a mid-size Seattle firm representing clients in personal injury, immigration, family law, and criminal defense matters. In 2008, he was appointed Deputy Prosecutor and Deputy Coroner for Kittitas County, gaining valuable litigation and investigative experience.

Since joining GLP Attorneys in 2011, David has devoted his practice exclusively to representing injured individuals throughout Washington State. He is known for his compassionate advocacy, strategic insight, and strong communication with clients navigating the challenges of recovery.

In addition to his work with clients, David frequently advises healthcare providers on medical lien issues. His leadership in building relationships between the legal and healthcare communities reflects his belief that collaboration and education are key to achieving the best outcomes for those who have been injured.
