Phillip Ayers is an Associate Attorney in the Puget Sound region serving the Seattle office.

Professional Overview

Phil has always found purpose in helping others and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Before becoming an attorney, he worked for several years as a production specialist in Seattle, where he learned the value of hard work, teamwork, and empathy — lessons that continue to guide his approach to the law today. Motivated by a desire to serve others during their most difficult times, Phillip pursued a career in personal injury law, believing it to be one of the few professions where advocacy and compassion can truly change lives.

Phil’s journey with GLP Attorneys began as a legal intern, where he was immediately inspired by the firm’s deep commitment to its clients and its mission-driven culture. Drawn to GLP Attorney’s collaborative environment and values, Phil knew it was the right place to build his career as a plaintiff’s attorney.

Today, Phillip represents clients in a wide range of personal injury matters, with a particular focus on the firm’s Dog Bite and Trucking Areas of Practice. He is passionate about advocating for victims of severe and often traumatic incidents, helping them secure justice, recovery, and peace of mind after injury or loss.

Beyond his client work, Phillip is actively involved in several internal committees dedicated to enhancing the client experience and improving firm processes. Through these initiatives, he helps identify new ways to strengthen communication, streamline workflows, and ensure every client receives attentive, compassionate service from start to finish.

Phillip takes great pride and honor in learning each client’s story, walking alongside them through the recovery process, and ensuring they feel supported, understood, and empowered every step of the way.
