RJ Ermola is a Partner who supports the Spokane, Spokane Valley, Coeur d’Alene, Boise, Tacoma, and Vancouver offices.
RJ Ermola practices law specializing in negotiating, litigating, mediating and arbitrating cases involving auto collisions, big truck collisions, negligence injury, wrongful death and insurance bad faith. He is currently licensed to practice law in the states of Washington, Idaho, and New Jersey, as well as the Federal District Court of Washington - Eastern and Western Districts, Idaho Federal Court, and the Federal District Court of New Jersey. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar (inactive status).
RJ graduated with bachelor’s degrees in Economics, Politics, and Business from New York University in 2004 and earned his Juris Doctorate at the Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2007.
Before joining GLP Attorneys, RJ served as the Managing Attorney at a prominent personal injury firm where he oversaw operations for its Spokane, Boise, and Salt Lake City offices. He also previously worked for a law firm in New Jersey, where he specialized in the trial of cases for individuals involved in personal injury, premises liability, products liability, consumer fraud, DUI defense, and Workers Compensation claims.
RJ is a passionate advocate for justice who has dedicated his career to serving his clients and community.
RJ played collegiate tennis for New York University. He is also passionate about hiking and mountaineering, and has completed climbs throughout the United States. An avid sports fan, he enjoys watching football, baseball, and boxing. He serves as a board member of one of the longest-running baseball simulation gaming leagues in the world.
