Yasmene Hammoud is a staff attorney in the Silverdale, Washington office of GLP Attorneys.

Yasmene is passionate about advocating for individuals whose lives have been disrupted by serious injuries. From the beginning of her legal journey, she knew she wanted a career centered on helping others and making a tangible difference in their lives. Yasmene has always been drawn to work that connects deeply with people, where trust and compassion are as important as skill and strategy. She views personal injury law not only as a way to seek justice, but also as a means to restore balance and dignity to those who have been harmed through no fault of their own. Her approach to advocacy is rooted in empathy, careful listening, and a genuine commitment to ensuring her clients’ stories are heard.
While interning with GLP Attorneys during law school, Yasmene discovered her calling in personal injury law. She was drawn to its people-centered nature, where every case represents a real person navigating pain, uncertainty, and the challenges of recovery. During that experience, she saw how impactful it can be to help clients feel heard and supported while relieving some of the stress that comes with the process.
Today, Yasmene is dedicated to guiding her clients through some of the most difficult times in their lives with compassion, clarity, and determination. She believes that effective representation begins with genuine human connection and that clients deserve not only strong advocacy, but also honesty, respect, and consistent communication. Yasmene’s goal is to ensure her clients feel empowered and supported from the first meeting through resolution, knowing they have someone in their corner who truly cares about both their case and their well-being.

Born and raised in Tacoma, Washington, Yasmene has a deep love for the Pacific Northwest and is passionate about giving back to the community that shaped her.
Family and culture are central to Yasmene’s life. She cherishes time spent with her large Middle Eastern family—whether cooking, dancing, or singing together—and takes pride in preserving her heritage for future generations.
Outside of work, Yasmene enjoys trying new recipes, spending time with friends and family, and occasionally showing off her vocals at a local karaoke spot. She also loves music and plays the Arabic hand drum, known as the darbuka.
