Before joining GLP Attorneys, RJ served as the Managing Attorney at a prominent personal injury firm where he oversaw operations for its Spokane, Boise, and Salt Lake City offices. He also previously worked for a law firm in New Jersey, where he specialized in the trial of cases for individuals involved in personal injury, premises liability, products liability, consumer fraud, DUI defense, and Workers Compensation claims.

RJ is a former competitive tennis player and continues to play tennis on a regular basis. He also enjoys mountain climbing. He has climbed all of the highest peaks in New England, and, after a failed attempt to summit Mount Rainier in 2013 due to bad weather, he is currently in the process of planning his next ascent.
