Tirra Seely

Tirra Seely is a Senior Associate Attorney based out of the firm’s Burlington and Bellingham offices.

Professional Overview

Tirra received her Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2019. Throughout law school, Tirra was highly involved in multiple organizations. She competed on the Jessup International Moot Court Team, serving as captain her second year. She also served as a Board Member for the Moot Court Honors Council, Gonzaga Public Interest Law Project, and the Juvenile Record Sealing Clinic.

She completed internships with GLP Attorneys (Spokane), the Unemployment Law Project, and the Washington State Attorney General’s Office. During her second year of law school she was selected as a Trial Advocacy Fellow for the Washington State Association for Justice. After graduation, Tirra joined GLP Attorneys as an Associate Attorney in 2019.

In addition to serving clients across the Pacific Northwest, Tirra serves as the North Washington Regional Mentor for the firm’s Legal Internship Program. Our Legal Internship Program exists to provide meaningful work experiences for students in law school that are interested in careers in the personal injury field. Each year GLP Attorneys is proud to employ up to 10 legal interns across the State.

Before attending law school, Tirra received her Bachelors of Arts at Whitworth University (2014) and then spent two years serving as an AmeriCorps volunteer in Whatcom County.

Tirra and her husband live in Bellingham, Washington where she spends her free time making baked goods for her teammates at work, attending yoga classes, winding her way through her favorite used bookstores, and tasting beer at one of the many local breweries in Whatcom and Skagit counties.
