Intake, documentation, billing insurance, and getting paid are essential factors in every personal injury case. We will talk about the fundamental components of your personal injury patient practice and how to manage them successfully for all types of injuries. Case studies will illustrate the elements of a good case file.

The Two Sides of L&I

August 13 & 21, 2025

Workers’ compensation claims can be tricky and oftentimes there is a third-party claim to be considered. We will discuss the history and need for a workers’ compensation system and define the injuries and benefits available. The presentation will work through examples to help you recognize when a third-party claim may be available and the roles of a workers’ compensation attorney versus a personal injury attorney.

October 1 – 23, 2025

There is a lot more in achieving a positive outcome in a trial than what you see on television. This presentation will break down the parts of a trial along with the why and how of achieving a good result for a patient.
