Our learning and development programs are designed for the success of the individual and the firm. We believe in fostering a culture of learning and professional growth. The firm has a formalized Learning & Development Committee appointed to act on behalf of the Shareholders with matters related to professional and personal growth for all employees and Shareholders, including leadership, compliance, and legal-specific education.

GLP University (GLPU)

GLPU is a comprehensive training program available to all professionals at the firm. GLPU offers a variety of presentations annually that provide our attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and business professional staff with information about firm culture, processes, best practices, tools, and resources.
