Sarah Null is GLP Attorneys’ Chief Human Resources Officer, leading the law firm’s people and administrative initiatives. Sarah is based in the Seattle Headquarters office.
Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Washington and holds a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Eastern Washington University. She also maintains SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications through the Human Resources Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management. As Chief Human Resources Officer at GLP Attorneys, Sarah leads the firm’s people and operations strategy with a focus on culture, leadership, and organizational excellence. She partners closely with firm leadership to design and implement programs that enhance performance, strengthen engagement, and align people practices with business goals. Known for her ability to build high-performing teams in complex environments, Sarah oversees all aspects of human resources, administration, and the employee experience across the firm. She is recognized as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in firm culture, leadership development, talent acquisition, change management, learning and development, performance management, benefits, and compensation. Before joining GLP Attorneys in 2020, Sarah served as Chief Human Resources Officer for a top ten professional services firm in the Pacific Northwest and brings more than two decades of experience across multiple industries.
