Sarah Null is GLP Attorneys’ Executive Director of Human Resources, leading the law firm’s people and administrative initiatives. Sarah is based in the Seattle Headquarters office.

Sarah received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Washington. She holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP designations through the Society of Human Resources Management and Human Resources Certification Institute.
Sarah is passionate about leading highly functioning teams in complex work cultures and prides herself on her ability to partner with staff at all levels to develop programs that support operational excellence, improve business results, and excel performance. She serves as the primary point of contact for the firm’s human resources and administration business strategies and overall employee experience. Prior to joining GLP Attorneys in the Spring of 2020, Sarah served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for a Pacific Northwest top 10 professional services firm. She has over two decades of experience spanning across multiple industries.
