The American Association for Justice (AAJ) most recently featured the Galstad vs. KGM and AUS maritime case, a $3 million settlement reached by GLP Attorneys Shareholder Jim Gooding in our Seattle office and Partner Sara Maleki in our Spokane and Tri-Cities offices, in the AAJ Trial Magazine November 2021 issue.
Gary Galstad was injured while working as an underwater construction diver on the 520 bridge. He was injured when a heavy spool was dropped into the water, hitting his diving cord. The settlement was reached earlier this year prior to the scheduled trial in May 2021.
