The Golden Living Center in Pierre, North Dakota, is being sued after an employee took nude photos of a resident and then posted them on social media.
The suit alleges that an employee at the nursing home, Callie Jones, undressed the victim, took nude photos of her, and then published them on social media.
Filed on behalf of the victim and her estate, the suit seeks unspecified damages for emotional and personal injury, negligence in hiring, training, and supervising, and failing to maintain the victim’s well-being and quality of life.
