GLP Attorneys Obtains $2.7 Million Verdict on Complex Regional Pain Syndrome Case

This week GLP Attorneys obtained a $2.7 million dollar verdict in the King County Superior Court for a woman who had a wooden furniture dolly dropped on her right foot at a Fred Meyer store, resulting in diagnosed complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS). This is the largest reported CRPS result in the State of Washington, according to Jim Gooding, our lead trial attorney on the case.  The trial team also included Sarah Fleming and Anne Vankirk.  Excellent motions practice work was provided by our Motions Practice Department of Alex French and Ben Compton.  We are proud of our team and the advocacy they provided for our client.
