I often tell people I'm not the Director of Learning Development because I'm the most knowledgeable person at this firm, but rather because I grew up here. I have been with GLP Attorneys for over 12 years before I landed in my current role. I was a legal intern, then an associate attorney with a caseload doing the work of legal assistants, paralegals and attorneys.
Because of this experience, I have learned and lived the standard operating procedures and the best practices of GLP Attorneys for the past 12 years. In this role, she leads the design, development, and execution of all firm wide learning and professional development initiatives for both legal and administrative professionals. Working closely with practice area leaders, attorneys, and operational leadership, Kaitlin creates and delivers innovative learning programs that strengthen technical expertise, elevate client service, and build leadership capabilities at every stage of career growth.
