On Wednesday, September 4th, two accidents, including a semi-truck accident along Northbound I-5 caused an eight-hour highway closure.
According to a Washington State Patrol Trooper, traffic was being diverted to another street, when a semi-truck and car collided. When the vehicles crashed into each other, the load on the semi-truck shifted and ended up trapping the driver. Fortunately, there were no life-threatening injuries in either accident on the I-5.
