Family Wants Treatment Facility and Counselor Held Accountable for the Wrongful Death of Their Child

As reported in The Spokesman-Review, a Thurston County resident and GLP Attorneys client wants Daybreak Youth Services in Spokane held accountable for the wrongful death of their daughter who received inpatient treatment at the facility.

According to Janelle Carney Boston, the attorney for Jamie Million and shareholder at GLP Attorneys, “It’s a struggle to get these youth into these facilities to start with. And once they’re in, they should be relieved to be getting the help they need,” said Million’s attorney, Janelle Carney Boston. There were signs Ari was being groomed, Boston said, but Daybreak ignored them. “Nobody listened. Nobody is doing anything,” she said. “That stops now.
