Kaitlin M. Roach is the firm’s Learning & Development Director and a Senior Associate Attorney in its Seattle office.
Professional Overview
Kaitlin is responsible for the overall design, development, and execution of the firm’s learning and development initiatives for legal and administrative professionals. She works with the firm’s legal teams, practice area leaders, and operational leadership to design, deliver, and evaluate innovative and effective learning solutions to build the technical skills and capabilities our professionals need at each stage of their career. This includes ownership and continual improvement of the learning and development (L&D) curriculum and end-to-end design, development, and delivery of blended-learning initiatives for all professionals. Kaitlin facilitates in-person and virtual training sessions statewide across all subject matters of the firm.
Kaitlin also leads the firm’s statewide Legal Internship Program and mentors the firm’s legal interns for the Seattle region. GLP Attorneys’ Internship Program exists to provide meaningful work experiences for students in law school that are interested in careers in the personal injury field. GLP Attorneys is proud to employ up to 13 legal Interns across Washington State each year.
Kaitlin began her career at GLP Attorneys in January 2013 as a legal iIntern in the firm’s Spokane office while also attending Gonzaga University School of Law. She then worked as an associate attorney in the firm’s Spokane and Tri-Cities offices from 2014 through 2017. She transferred to GLP Attorneys’ Seattle office in 2018 to be closer to her family in Redmond, Washington. Kaitlin was promoted to Senior Associate Attorney in 2021.
Since she began working for the firm as an attorney, Kaitlin has served her clients and contributed her knowledge and her enthusiasm to the entire GLP Attorneys team. She used her passion to serve clients who have been injured to fight for their rights to be treated fairly by insurance companies and other powerful entities. She has handled motor vehicle collision cases, trucking cases, Traumatic Brian Injury (TBI) cases, motorcycle cases, premises cases, and many other types of personal injury claims. She has obtained many successful results for her clients in cases both large and small. These days, she serves the employees of GLP Attorneys as her clients with the same knowledge and enthusiasm as the firm’s Learning & Development Director.
Kaitlin has been repeatedly named a Rising Star by Washington Super Lawyers for 8 consecutive years, an honor reserved for only the top 2.5% of attorneys in Washington State.
